Palm Harbor Homes - Curt

Buyer beware... Be sure everything is written in your contract. Do not do verbal or text with this person. It is a constant change with twisting of verbiage. Things in the contract can change therefore you need to protect yourself at the closing of your deal. If your financing make sure to stay in touch with your lender. Keep them updated on progress in issues and changes to the details of the loan. Final date can change but lender needs to know that you have accepted it as. Do not trust this affiliate to take your better interest at hand. I hope this helps other with this business looking for a home. This complaint isnt against the home.. It's a concern on how the salesperson and installers.
