I went in to pick up a few items when joining the long line of customers to check out there was only 1 cashier available to check customers out. None of the store clerks or supervisors took action to help keep the line moving. I decided to leave as I didn’t see the point of waiting for 20-30 mins for the items I had. The customer representative, Carlos Ramirez, was apathetic about the long wait and said he didn’t make the rules. He was rude and said he didn’t care. He said he only comes to get a paycheck. There were many employees there but it doesn’t seem to be important to have quality customer service. It confuses me that a company which profits so much off of their customers don’t seem to value them enough to provide basic customer service.
Desired outcome: Ensure there are supervisors managing the front check out stands. Value customers time and money when they shop at their store!
