Buffalo Wild Wings - Customer service

drop by to get some wings today at the New Caney location in texas. Had to go around to the front door at 5 after 11:00 because the togo side was still locked. Trey a worker was inside and I let him know the door was still locked and that someone needed to open it. He began to let me know that they were busy stocking things and someone would be there soon. I asked if he was the manager he said no and to enjoy my togo wings like he was go spit in them. When I asked to see the manager (Jerry) he came out and said nothing. Thats because trey kept talking. You can ALWAYS tell when management is fraternizing with the help. So sad. New Caney is an upcoming community we dont neeed this, but im sorry this is a bar! So when I go to call the general manager who's number and name is on the window (bart dittman) its the number to the buffalo wild wings there. Go figure!

Desired outcome: general manager number should be his cell number! Managers should know how to be managers
