To whom it may concern: hello took my son to get some glasses on 04/20/2023 so he got 2 pairs of glasses but the pair he liked the best he needed them to have the transition, so on 04/20 I specifically asked the lady that was helping, can I get the transition later & still get the coupon discount also? She said yes as long as I bring them the pair of glasses by 05/20... So I paid total 249.80 on 04/20. So then I went back on 04/29 took my son's glasses to get the transition, so this lady was a different lady, she was charging me the full price of 115.00 then I asked her about 9 days ago what me & that other lady talked about still getting the discount from my coupon, so that lady got up & went to go get the same lady I delt with 9 days ago. Now that lady I told her & reminded her about what we had talked about on the 04/20 bout my coupon dicount. That lady then told me she misunderstood me! Really how sad): is that! So had to pay full price for the transition, & would be ready in 2 weeks. So now today on 05/11 got a text telling my sons glasses are ready, so I go all the way to eyemart & to find out the lens were cut to small, they weren't ready! & cut to small! So now have to go all the the way back to eyemart tmrw! So they can give me a courtesy lens with the transition on my son's glasses, how funny is that! They have been screwing me over from day one 04/20 oh & those lens won't have the antiglare. So now my son has to wait 2 more weeks! Seriously all your employees need training! & I should get my refund of 115.00.
