CVS - Store #6846 the new pharmacist

On Jan 31,2023 I use my app to fill all my prescriptions and get them all on the same day so I don’t have to get out due to a back injury. On this day I went to fill my last prescription and it was due according to the app (which I’ve never had an issue with using) but after scheduling the refill I looked at my app and seen that my alprazolam said to call the pharmacist (which is why I use the app to avoid calling due to never answering phone calls) so I called and the pharmacist (new) said it was early? To my surprise I have always gotten my prescriptions 3 days early because the insurance company allows it as well as I dont like to get down to 1-2 days of medication and something happens! Then I had to call again to the pharmacy on Feb 1,2023 to get my alprazolam filled because the app said to call the pharmacist. Then my doctor called in my Mounjaro and it said again to call the pharmacist to which I did for the second time and was hung up on. Then was told the manufacturer was out and it was on back order and had been for months which was not true I had just gotten my mounjaro the month before! I’d also like to mention that usually when they have to order my mounjaro they know about what day it will be delivered and this pharmacist said they would not know.

Now whatever new pharmacist is at this store I believe he said his name was Trevor has been extremely difficult! He’s very rude! He really mocked me in the way he spoke to me. And he’s not going by the guidelines that the app has set up for medication. 3 days early has always been the number of days that I have gotten my medication whether it was from CVS or Walgreens! If this continues I will go across the street to Walgreens! I’ve been with CVS for quite sometime and I have never had issues until this new pharmacist that acts like he has a power trip and the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered!

Desired outcome: I would like to be treated with respect and for the pharmacist to go by what the CVS app says so I don’t have to call! To be watched by a professional because he’s by far professional on any accounts!
