Sherwin-Williams

Bought 5 gallons of Super Paint Incredible White in flat for our ceiling and 8 gallons of Super Paint Incredible White in satin for our walls. Our painter painted the ceiling with out issue and the color was true, but when our painter painted the walls, the paint was a total different shade - looked more pink and different than the ceiling paint. So we took the paint to the local Sherwin Williams store and at first they did not want to do anything about it until we showed them what we had left of the ceiling paint and the store manager agreed that it was different and that he would fix. So we take the new wall paint home and when our painter uses the new paint onthe walls, it is still a different shade. Not as much pink but really noticeable difference. I have attached a pic so you can see the difference between the ceiling and wall paint, both of which are incredible white (difference only is flat vs satin). So we took this paint back to the local store and the store manager did not want to do anything else. He took both paints to the back and came back and said there is nothing else he could do. We asked to speak with a regional maanger and he mentioned there was no one higher than him. Needless to say we are dissappointed and pissed off at how the same color could be totally different and also at how there was nothing else Sherwin Williams could do to help out.
