On Sat.,10/28/23, I placed an order at the Bk E. Holcombe, location, Houston, TX, where I mistakenly placed an order via, bk app., at your Yale Street location. I proceeded to phone the store to notify them of such, but no one answered. I went over to the store today 10/29/23, where the manager stated, she couldn't help me. She gave me the GM's name and no., named Carol, who stated, she couldn't issue me a refund, but she could offer me the meal I purchased instead. My pallet didn't desire bk today, so I'm seeking a refund. The meal of a cheese burger and fry was totaled at $ 5.40.
