Cold store with no heat and too many excuses from what is supposed to be a supervisor. No heat all year long and it's cold when you're trying to eat Breakfast. When you say something to the bad excuse for a manager you get the chimney doesn't vent properly. This has been going on for three months. This is what managers are for, so you need to get a handle on it. Bacon is always burnt. Bottom line. "Cracker Barrel Doesn't Care".

Desired outcome: Get a manger, get cook and get the ventilation fixed on the chimney.This use to be an excellent place to eat now it's a disgrace to the Name Cracker Barrel. Do not understand why you're paying a manager for such bad results.
