Sleep Number - Uneven mattress.

When sitting on edge of mattress, I continuously slide away from mattress. I have to position myself in the middle of the king-sized mattress to get to a level position. See email to Thomas Norman, Store Manager, dated 1/2/2024. Have spoken with Denise and Victoria without any solution. I have also filed a complaint with Texas State Attorney General on 1/2/2024.

Claimed loss: Defective Product

Desired outcome: Sleep Number to take back defective product; and refund correct amouint of funds.
