I went into the salon for a booked and confirmed appointment. I had a special event to attend and I was excited about my appointment. I waited for my booking to confirm my appointment. My sister also had an earlier appointment at the same salon as we were both attending an event. When I arrived to the salon no one greeted me. There were only two workers in the salon who informed me that they would not be able to service me today. One worker with a short afro said that her shoulder was sore and she was not going to do any more flat irons on today. The other lady completely ignored me and took a guy and started to cut his hair. No apology at all. I asked why my appointment was confirmed if she could not do it. She talked about how she did not make enough money in front of customers. So rude. I had to leave without any idea of what to do and no sympathy from them. She even pointed to a girl in her chair and said she was the last flat iron she was going to do. It was bogus.
