Costco

I called the Costco Optical phone number and, although the optometrist is still on the Costco directory, the practice is no longer affiliated with Costco. I then called the Costco optical phone number back to speak to someone at the optical department to ask if I can take in a prescription in from any doctor. The lady that answered the phone cut me off gave me very rude one word answers like I was bothering her. Her tone was very unprofessional. I will not be going their for glasses even though I have been going there for years! After asking the employee for her managers name, her tone changed and she mentioned his name was David.

This was the most unprofessional call I've ever had, she was rude, had a bad attitude and tone and was very condescending. I apologize I do now know this I haven't had an eye appointment in a year but calling to ask for information should not be a bad experience. The doctors office who explained to me they were not affiliated with Costco was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Costco however did not seem to care about the situation.
