Shortly after the incident (12:00 pm Noon Sunday 1/8/23) I left a long review on Yelp for that location so that may help as well. I came in for the free installation of a stereo for my new truck and turned out to be a little more (no problem). Quote went from roughly 450 to 1250 for parts, installation, labor, etc which I didn’t have a huge problem with. The gentleman helping me was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help. I’ve bought many items from this location and recognized him and his lack of effort. I asked to just purchase the stereo out right and when a different associate attempted to ring me up, that gentleman came back and raised the price to nearly double. I was frustrated because I was really excited to come instal it and I would have paid the money, but after dealing with him I just wanted to go to a different location with my stereo. I ended up ordering it online and plan on installing it somewhere else. Just thought I should let someone know, hopefully this helps. Thanks.
Desired outcome: Would like a response and maybe a rotation in management or staff.
