I reserved a car online on November 27th for car to be picked up on November 28th. I had email confirmation and even a paid confirmation for a compact car with the rate of $151 a week. Once I got to the location to pick up my car, the location stated that Hertz did not have any compact cars. I was asked to call reservation while I was standing at the location in front of the desk by the rep there. The reservation department on the telephone was still claiming that this particular Hertz have certain vehicles that they didn't had have. On top of driving 45 minutes to an hour out of my way, I had to upgrade and come out of pocket even more money. I ask to speak with a supervisor on multiple occasions had not spoken with anyone and there's no one to help fix this problem.
