First of all it is very unreasonable not to have a phone number. It's actually stupid. I had a problem at the restaurant which could have been resolved there had u had a phone number. Instead I have to write something and wait for your response in the meantime I'm still hungry and without my food. Next when it comes to redeeming an offer from church's listens (this is proof that u do not listen) do I have to return to the store that the original purchase was made? Finally the manager saw fit to hold a mock interview with someone while I waited to be served and I had to say something about it in order to have my order taken.
