Mosquito control sales agreement #:1408761; Cust #: [protected]. Termite protection sales agreement: [protected].
I have had services from Terminix for many years, including external pest control, mosquito control, and termite protection. Within the last 2 months, I have received bill after bill stating I my payment was overdue. When I check my online account, it states "No Payment Due".
On June 7, I received a statement indicating that my payment was overdue for termite protection. On 6/8, I spoke to a regular customer service rep who stated termite payment was due. I explained that I preferred to pay closer to the due date. I sent a check on 6/25 thru my credit union. The check finally cleared on 7/6/2021. In the meantime, I received 2 notices that my mosquito payment was overdue. That was paid also. On 7/13, I received a notice stating that my termite coverage has expired, but still requesting payment to "reactivate service".
I'm confused now about what services I have & what I don't have. The termite payment cleared yet I received a non-coverage statement.
Also, during my first regular customer service call, I was told that I was paying too much for the external pest control. I spoke to a manager about this who confirmed I had been paying too much, but there was NO WAY I could receive any kind of refund, but that he would adjust my future payments. Now, I'm committed to Terminix for the future since if I stopped treatment I would lose a lot of money.
Desired outcome: Please advise if Termite service has been stopped. If so, please refund my $323.00. I also would like to have any overpayment for external pest control refunded to me.
