Zaxby's - Etiquette and online order

I placed a order through your online app, when I arrive to pick up my order#[protected] the lobby was close at 8:30 so I went to the drive thur and the staff state that the store was close. I told him that I have a online order to pick up and my card has been charge. He stated to me that it did not matter because the store is close. POOR choice if words. I pulled up the window and stated to him again that I have a order to pick and have been charge. He again stated that we are closed. I told him he need to give me a better answer than that. I then ask to speak with the manager on duty which is (MIA) which was standing behind him. I ask them both what I need to do because I am not leaving until you give me a better explanation. Then Mia tell that they do not have my order and she cannot give me a refund. The system is down due to a upgrade. She then stated that I can come back tomorrow to either get a refund or my order. Not sure why she could not instruct her employee to say that in the first place and not cause confusion with lines of customers. Also why is the app allowing customer to place an order for pickup if they are going through a software upgrade Per the MOD

Desired outcome: Better Training and etiquette.
