I closed my account earlier this month (~12/11/2022) and when I closed my account via chat they asked if I consent to "Cancelling your account will result in your forfeiting any earned cash reward." which I did say "yes". I thought earned cash reward was the % of cashback on each purchase and I thought that meant that if I cancel the account you won't have access to any unclaimed earned cash reward. I just found out today that also meant I had to return my $300 welcome bonus because I canceled my account in the first 12 months. If I had known that I would have kept the account open. I wish that was clear.
