Monster Reservations Group - Formal complaint against monster reservations group - urgent request for resolution.

Formal Complaint Against "Monster Reservations Group" - Additional Charge of $271.41 (on top of $349) after recent vacation booking. Urgently Seeking REFUND of $271.41.

I am writing to formally register a complaint against Monster Reservations Group regarding a deeply unsettling experience I had yesterday on August 31, 2023. After putting pressure on me and during a recent booking with this company, an unexpected charge of $271.41 was levied on my account (in addition to the original charge of $349 when I bought their vacation package). What compounded my frustration was the fact that I attempted to cancel the reservation merely three hours after making it, but was met with a categorical refusal by Monster Reservations Group's customer service. This refusal to accommodate a reasonable cancellation request stands in stark contrast to industry standards, where consumers are typically granted a "cooling-off period of 3-days" for reconsideration.

I implore the Complaints Board to intervene and facilitate a resolution to this matter promptly. It is imperative that Monster Reservations Group not only refunds the unjust charge of $271.41 but also reconsider their approach to managing their financial obligations, such as timeshare lawsuits. Shifting this financial burden onto their customers is an unfair and unsustainable practice, I believe that Monster Reservations Group should seek alternative means to fulfill their financial obligations without further pressuring their clients.

By taking action on my behalf, the Complaints Board can help ensure that Monster Reservations Group adheres to ethical business practices, alleviates the undue burden placed on its customers, and maintains transparency and fairness in its operations. I kindly request that the Complaints Board acknowledge receipt of this complaint and keep me informed of the progress towards achieving a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate your attention to this issue, and I trust that your intervention will contribute to a swift and equitable resolution that restores my confidence in Monster Reservations Group.

Desired outcome: I'm asking Monster Reservations Group to immediately cancel or refund back to my account the additional recent charge of $271.41 as a matter of justice and customer satisfaction.
