Speedway - Rude customer service

Went inside to use the restroom & get gas. I noticed a sign on the bathroom door saying “for customers only! Must purchase something” but bc I knew I was getting gas after I went in first. Came out & the dark lady at the register was looking at me in disgust yelling at me saying I had to buy something. I went to grab my wallet my husband went in next & the cashier tried to open the door on him while he was in the restroom & felt uncomfortable & decided to get gas elsewhere. The cashier followed him to MY car videotaping from her phone & grabbing onto my car, yelling bc we didn’t make a purchase while my children were in the car. She traumatized my children over us not using making a purchase before using the restroom. Very unnecessary & unacceptable. Mind you I changed my mind about making a purchase bc of how rude & disrespectful the cashier was. This employee needs to be held responsible.

Speedway - The cashier behind the counter

On october 20th at 1 oclock in the morning I stopped at speedway because my boyfriend and I were on empty and I had 4.86 on my cash app card. Well I am a speedway loyalty member and use my card when ever I find a chance to. Well this night completely changed the loyalty of my service and the dedications that I gave to speedway and 7/11. This caishier changed that from that day forward and not only will my service and my boyfriend service will never be with your company speedway but im going to boycott both speedway and 711 from this incident I will make sure none of my friends or family will spend one penny at those two companies. Now let me explain what had happen that day to make my experience so dreadfully horrible to cause this situation. Now like I said I had stopped at speedway in the early hours of the morning to get gas we were on empty and that day I only had 4 dollars and 86 cents on my card so I gave my cash app card to my boyfriend and asked him to put 4 dollars and 86 cents on pump 5 so as I wait to pump nothing had happened so my boyfriend came out amd said the cashier handed him a receipt claiming it was insufficient funds. Well mine you I had checked the balance on the app right before sending him I the store. So I grabbed the receipt and said what? I walk in the store and the first thing I hear blaring is racist [censored] rap music playing incredibly loud over his cellphone as I walk up to the cashier I asked him why he gave him a receipt claiming insufficient funds because I checked the balance before we came in and there was 4.86 on it he said your boyfriend said 46 dollars so both my boyfriend and I said no he didnt he said 4.86. As he proceeded to argue about the amount he thought he heard because his cellphone was playing loud and racist profanity rap music. Very unprofessional. So not only did he type in the incorrect amount and caused my card to be whiped clean he also called my boyfriend a liar saying that he said 46 dollars so we went back and forth with him asking him why would we say 46 when we knew exactly how much ws on it. 4.86$ not 46.00 so if you would turn that music down you would have heard him correctly. So he would not give me his name or fuix his mistake so not only did he steal my money from us we left there with no gas. I also was threatned by his girlfriend that showed up after itold him I was calling the police. He and his non employee girlfriend come outside to attagonoze the situation claiming they wont give us our money back at all. Nor would the police do anything because it was now a cival matter. This is one week later and still have not seen my money. After asking for a manager nobody at 2500 poinsett hwy would give me a managers info. What kind of poor customer skills do you have representing this company. I just want my freaking money back and I call customer service and ask for them to release the hold on something that should have never been held and once again they hang up on me after saying that she cant do that. So this has left e no choice but to take this to court if you want to resolve this outside of court feel free to cantact me. [protected]. Janice greening. The outh and stanards were definitely not with held and are not able to claim that this compamy cares about how their employees treat their customers expecilly loyal long term customers. Good riddens and all he had to do was admit he heard my boyfriend wrong and fix the mistake but I nstead he lied and said my boyfriend told him 46.00 dollars when my boyfriend and I checked the card before walking in so we both knew exactly what he said to the ignorant cashier. So not only did he make a mistake and try to blame his mistake on us., he wouldnt coreect his mistake and pfumed the situation even worse with no concern for what he had done than he has the audacity to call his girlfriend to his job to try to threatned and attack me. Well the police pulled up so his little plan back fired. But if someone is in customer service where they have to interact with issues all the time they definitely need to be trained on how to treat a customer / human being with respect and trained how to deescalate a situation rather than escalate the situation. The worst part is the music he was playing was [censored]r this tnigger that cussword this cussword that all while african americans were in line as well as an dery coue how much more unprofessional can one be. My god how imbarassing for your company. Oh by the way im a web page devoloper and website designer and my next website im going to build is my experience at speedway and this websight will allow any body and everybody too see it on the world wide web. It will also allow the reader to add to what kind of horrible experience they encountered as well. So if you do not want this websight to bash this company I advise you take care of your business by first off firing the employees who do not give to [censored]s about the well being of the company or the employees who do not know right from wrong. Ill give the president or the ceo 5 days to take this to the board of committee and have these employees retrained and fire the bad eggs otherwise I will make sure to advertise this site so everyone can see what kind of a company is being ran and the values it lacks and morals it does not have. Thanks for your time and I do look forward to resolving this issue without takin g this to cival court and filing a lawsuit for defamation and slander of my character. God bless thank you again

Claimed loss: My time my money $4.86 the headache he gave me that day

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS GUY CASHIER WHO WOULD NOT TELL ME HIS NAME TO BE FIRED. I WOULD ALSO REQUEST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE EMPLOYEES GET TRAINED AS WELL WHEN I CALLED FOR A MANAGER TO!!!!!
