I believe that the GM has taught the management staff to treat the men differently because I have herd references towards this idea without them saying it directly. They believe the men have do all of the labor and saying it is on the grill person. When girls get on the grill they can even get 2oz and 4oz selves themselves. I felt like I was not being treated fairly. The women out weighted the men. My issues Management did not care about but the girls problem or issues they always showed concern. The women would not do any lifting through out the course of the day. There were a few who were not physical able but there were more that enough people to carry the work. purposely put women on a station like register so they would not have to do anything. they were softer with the girls than the men. if they didn't like a female employees work they would talk behind her back and make jokes. a male employee would not get the same treatment; they would yell, scream, fuss and do all they can to let him know he was wrong even if they was no mistake made. I can't ask another employee anything but the management staff was making it a requirement for me to follow instructions of other employees. I would get chastised for not getting lemonade when there where 3 or employees qualified to get it but they act like I am the only one qualified. there where times where employees got food products on there own but ask me to prepare them for them like they are not qualified to do so. Management acts like the other crew members who are most female do not need to learn or be taught. Management acts like they are not physically able to prepare items. Everybody is hostile towards me for some reason. the Management staff will allow people to curse me. When I defend myself verbally, I get a hostile reaction from "The Management Staff". I did not feel safe coming and working with certain people because they would have nothing good and would come at me with a attitude.
