You need to rewrite your exchange policy! It is absolutely ridiculous that people can't return products up until your stores close on october 31st! Every year in my town trick or treat has been crappy with rain, snow, hail and cold weather and this year was no different. My children are teenagers and choose not to go out in the pouring down rain to get candy this year which was on thursday october 29, 2020. I go to take their costumes back and can't return them because your policy is no returns after october 22nd. Now I am out of $80 that I could have used on something else. It's october 31st and who is going to want to buy these costumes I have after halloween is over? Nobody! I probably will not be buying anything else from your overpriced stores!
