Turkey Hill Dairy

I bought two Longhorn Wintergreen Pouch tobacco products that are only $1.76 and it states this in the package. I was asked to put my card in the machine which I did and that's when I saw that I was paying over seven dollars for both of these. When I confirmed with my husband that this was the wrong amount I went back in and Katie the cashier who checked me out got all defensive and said she doesn't make the prices with a look of what do you want me to do about it. Thankfully there was another gentlemen there who was able to return the difference back to me without any hesitation. I asked why did this happen and she said if you don't like it then don't come back. Then she goes to another customer and rolls her eyes and says "people like that always come in here". Well I tell you what Katie, you probably just got out of school and if you are going to have any type of career or get ahead in this world you better change that attitude. Because what it looked like to me and my husband is you were trying to pull something on me. Were you the one that was going to get that overpay that I just got returned to me? And that attitude!?! You would never be working for our company! If this is the new face for Turkey hill I want nothing to do with it. These turkey hills really have gone down hill. There employees have no respect for their customers. Do they not go to any seminars or have any trainings!? Katie hunny, you might want to take a class on Customer service and being polite to people. Oh and not ripping people off
