I go to this turkey hill at least 4 times a day. So me and my husband went for a late run as we usually do. So my husband always grabs a fountain drink which he went to grab. But the caps was getting sanitized. He seen it was getting cleaned She could've said it politely and said sorry it's being cleaned. She was very unprofessional. Then we go to the register to checkout. My husband asks her for a pack of Newport's 100 and shorts. She ask for he's I'd which he had. Mean while I'm minding my business I grabbed a bag of chips and Reese's. I put it on the counter and she asks me for my I'd which I had as well when she asked. She scanned it and said it wasn't working. Any other time I go there my id scans. Plus it wasn't expired. She was just rude about it. She needs to be trained better on tobacco policies and customer service. I felt very uncomfortable.

No offence but it seems like your husband was in the wrong. If she was busy cleaning the caps he should have waited. Your husband needs to be taught manners. Why call an adult woman a girl when your husband was acting like a 5 year old?
It seems like your husband has no manners. He is an adult and should act like one. Same with you. if he knew the the caps were getting cleaned he should have waited to get his soda. Sounds to me like mommy needs to work with him to teach him manners. if your ID does not work, nothing rude about stating this. You call her a girl, yet it is you who is acting like a child.
