Mavis Discount Tire

I just went to mavis to get a flat repair at the bethlehem location located on stefko blvd, and was charged almost $30 for it to not even be fixed. I talked to the person up front and she mentioned that they had to charge me for labor reasons, which makes no sense because as a previous tech at firestone, if the tire can't be fixed then we simply don't charge the customer. I then talked to the store manager, and he said that because they had TRIED to patch it up they had to charge me. I told them multiple times that it wasn't even fixed so what was I even paying for. The manager also stated that I hadn't let the tech finish, but it was only because I had spoken to the tech and they were trying to use a emergency style plug that is inserted from the outside of the tire (a temporary fix). I simply would like a refund because I now have to pay another shop to fix it.
