Took my Highlander in for an oil change at the Midas on Conant Street in Maumee, Ohio on October 9, 2023. I immediately noticed a dent and chipped paint on my drivers door that was not there when I handed them my keys. I’ve made 5 calls. Each time, I was told they’ll review footage and the manager will contact me. It’s 11/13/23 and no one will call me back. I expect them to pay for the damage and stop being so utterly unprofessional!
