She was rude, not helpful and told me I was wrong about my account when I was correct about my account. She told me she was not willing to call another office that would verify my correct account and she WOULD NOT call them, but yet the other office was more then able and welcome to call her. I thought she was very rude, not helpful or pleasant. I would suggest finding another person because she was not a pleasant experience and her tone towards me was rude and the constant need to over talk me when I was trying to explain something.
