Cold Stone Creamery

I order the Everybody's size every 10 days or so at the white plains ny location. When I picked up my last order, two servings of chocolate shavings mixins were missing. Icalled the store, spoke to Regina, told her my order was missing some of the mixins. I identified myself but before I could say anything else she got hostile and rude and started saying I couldn't have extra mixins without paying more. I explained I wasnt asking for extra, I just wanted what I'd ordered and paid for. She insisted my order had been packed correctly and wouldn't give me chocolate shavings unless I brought the ice cream back for inspection. I explained that was going to be difficult since I am handicapped and have to park in a garage etc. All I wanted was the two servings of chocolate shavings but she insisted I bring the ice cream back for inspection.
I've been a frequent customer there for years. Wouldn't it have been good customer service to apologize for giving me an incorrectly filled order and then asked me how to make it right? Basically, I was treated like someone who was lying just to get some chocolate shavings.
From now on, I'll be taking my business to the Scarsdale store as often as possible.
