KIA Motors

My optima is a 2013 Sxl turbo. I bought it in 2015 bc it was the demo car. It had 16k on it when I bought it. Got it for 28k. I also have the VIP package covered to 200k mi but smithtown kia tells me the because I didnt do every maintenance package with them (mileage intervals) that it reverts to 100k mile warranty. I have bumper to bumper and drive train warantee coverage. So I thought the waste gate that they deliberately and underhandedly sabotaged would be covered. It wasnt. I was scammed because I refused the 50k maintenance pkg at my free pill change visit. The very next day my rps were high but car wouldnt go past 40 mph. Funny how this happened right after my FREE Oil change with refusal for any additional costing services and now cost me $160 to fox because I was told it's not included in my power train warranty from kia. I'm not sure what that coverage really includes or its situational according to Kia's service dept mood that day. I want my $160 back!
