Binder & Binder - Refusing to return medical papers and court document after they refused to represent my son

After months of sending medical papers and court documents to Binder and Binder to see if they would represent my son Thomas. They sent a letter stating that based on the information provided they could not represent Thomas and that is fine but my request was that they send back Thomas s court papers and medical reports from his DRS so that we can move on to another attorney.

I am requesting that these papers be sent back to us immediately. The letter was dated February 14th 2022 and we still have not received the paperwork.

Always! Always! Always! Make copies if you haven't. A rule of thumb
