Your app has been broken for two weeks! We went to the garden city location on 12/17, and 12/23. Both times, we could not get points for our visit! There was a sign saying the app is broken. I have written to the moe's app four times, and have been ignored! I know many many customers are having the same shameful experience! Why don't you respond to us?! Explain the situation!
It is not the fault of moe's in garden city, I feel very bad for their managers, who can only tell us to write and complain. People are taking their frustration out on these poor people, and they are not at fault.. You are!
I am attaching photos of my receipts. I want points (or monetary retribution!) for both! And the one for 12/23 was a monday, and I want double points!
I am sooooooo disappointed in your non-handling of this situation. Just to let people go on not getting the points they have earned by spending money at moe's, but worse yet, you ignoring all complaints!
Shame on you.. Please make this right, or I will take this to the media.
