I arrived as I do everyday, Monday-Friday, downtown Brooklyn at 8:55AM. Today I needed to return some Amazon items. To my surprise the UPS store located at 400 Jay Street Brooklyn, NY 11201 was closed. This location is supposed to be open at 8:30AM. It was not. This is unacceptable. The young lady that works in there isn’t friendly and seems like she never wanted to be there.
Desired outcome: Make sure the store is open on time for people who have to be to work at a certain time.
