Smith's - Customer service done by sales associate/cashier

I'd like to file a complaint regarding an employee at the Smith's I regularly go to for groceries located in North Las Vegas, Nevada on Centennial & Loses. I am just appalled at how the cashier named Shannon around 11pm 6/22/23 responded to my request. I simply asked her if I could get a can of formula for my 6 months old baby. Now I regularly go this store but normally don't go late at night but last night I really needed formula but funds in the bank didn't go in until around that time. I was aware that there was a young gentleman bless his heart who was a night stocker guessing by the pallettes he was working on which was in the way of getting formula. Shannon agreed to help me get formula but when she saw the pallettes in the way, she immediately said "I ain't gonna do it, I can't get you formula because the pallettes are in the way. He'll have to move everything for me to get to it." I looked at her and said "really? Even if they're just right here?" While pointing to the one that I needed. She clearly saw that I could fit in between the pallettes and mind you there was only ONE that was in the way. So the young gentleman/stocker (didn't get his name) said "I'll do it." I thanked him. I only needed one can of formula and Smith's was the only store nearby that was open. Had he not helped me my child would have had to wait till the store opened the next day. Shannon had no respect she didn't even apologize she just handed the keys to the stocker and walked away with no care in the world and went about wiping down the self check out area. As a sales associate, I am very disappointed at how she handled the situation. Had I not come there alone in a good mood without my husband things would have escalated quickly. That is unacceptable and she shouldn't have done what she had. An apology would have been nice. She needs to be handled with in a manner where I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. That was the only thing I needed from that store and she couldn't help me. Please do something about it because she obviously has no etiquette in customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology from herself, maybe a discount on Similac Advance Formula
