On Sunday, April 15th at about 7:30-7:35 pm, I went into The Ross store where I always shop. I had to return some coral trouser VIP pants that did not fit me. A cashier/registrar with the name tag of Yosi, who looked Hawaiian with spiked up hair helped me and was the absolute, most rude person ever! I had my receipt and explained to her that the tag had fallen off, she said she couldn't return them for me, I asked why? If I had the item and the receipt... I even pointed at the same exact pants that they had hung there so she could look at the price and item description on my receipt... while explaining to her, she never replied back to me (like if I was talking to myself) she made me feel so uncomfortable. Finally, she went ahead and put the refund on a store credit voucher and threw the receipt to me on the counter instead of letting me know what she did and handing me the receipt in my hand. As My heart was beating so fast I turned around and then she said, "wait, I need that last receipt" & so I gave it back to her. My heart was again beating so fast of anger and frustration because I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I decided to keep calm since I was with my two children, but never in my life have I been treated this way. Yosi should not be in the customer service/retail position as she has no manners whatsoever. I do not wish this experience on anyone.
