Wow, talk about horrible customer service. Not only do I frequently rent cars for business travel but i'm also a Platinum customer of Enterprise and the service at this location on Eastern doesn't even deserve one star. I booked my car this morning at 7:40 am to drive to LAX. Once I arrived there at 8:05am I had the pleasure of dealing with the branch manager Kristina who from the start had a attitude and kept blaming me for not having a car because "I just booked the reservation" which regardless of when it was done, I was able to book and there should have been a car there and me not being told "Oh well you will just have to sit there and wait". Then Mr. Michael who's supposedly the assistant branch manager came and threatened to cancel my reservation because "I'm Belligerent" Nice going Enterpise On Eastern... by the time they finally called me at 9:17 am saying the car is ready I had already gone to the Location at Sunset where I was in and out of within 5 Minutes. Talk about a waste of time and the two of them should definitely not be working in any customer service job because they have NONE
Desired outcome: Ontop of a additional Uber Ride and a hour of my time wasted on something that should take 10 minutes or less like any of my other rentals
