Bath & Body Works Direct - Misleading advertising.

The incident happened on Monday, October 16, 2023.

Me and my mother went to have a nice time at the mall and decided to go to this store (Bath & Body Works). We started to see very nice things. We saw a flyer that said buy 3 and get 1 free. So I decided to take 3 things and when I went to the checkout, the girl at the checkout scanned the 4 products, I saw the price and I saw that the fourth item had been scanned, I asked her I told her it wasn't free if she bought 3 and she had an attitude He answered, "Nothing is free, we charge you for the most expensive ones and the cheapest ones are less expensive." I should have that if you buy 3 they give you a discount, it's not free. THERE WAS NO LONGER WAY TO DO REFUND SUPER BAD.
