Tractor Supply

Again, Manager is very disrespectful to customers and employee. Again I over heard manager on the floor talking about employees to other team associates and not addressing the actual employee. This manager dies this alot. Also DM for that store doesn't address anything. Reason how I know is that I use to work for Tractor Supply. I quit because of Manager not doing his job or knowing his job and also DM not knowing is job. This manager is @ west Milford NJ and DM for store west milford, chester also other. I will keep complaining every week until something is done. Good works are leaving because of the stupidity of these two men. Also you need to talk to the employees at both locations without retaliation from managers and DM.

I have witnessed on several occasions when in store that the Manager Bret Savitski has disrespected customers. And has a worker who doesn't engage with customers and act like he is working and hides. Something has to be done. You need a new Manager a West Milford NJ. He's complaining about he has to come in all the time and work. You need a good Manager that will hired more good works. He is only hiring people that do nothing.
