I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars & Repairs
The issue that I have experienced was: I want to make a complaint. My car has been in the shop 3 times within a year for the transmission, We were told they had to put a new transmission in, my warranty had just run out and the gentleman gave us a discount my car was there for a week, I borrowed the money to pay for it then a couple of months later the car transmission was doing the same thing, so I called and the guy said we never changed the transmission and I was upset, because that is what we were told and the guy that gave us the discount on the transmission was no longer working there in fact most of the individuals were not there. Anyway I was told they replaced a part on the transmission when I brought it back the second time I was very mad, but this time I am going to get an attorney, because it was
not just me there when we were told they had to put a new transmission in and we were told how much. I shouldn't have to get rides to go to work everyday when I'm paying a $411.27 payment every month because I cant drive my car. It has been parked in the yard for over 3 months after being out of the shop for 3 months for the 2nd time. Another thing, my air conditioner was working just fine when I
took it in to be fixed last time and when it came back it didn't work, and he told my husband that something was broken or messed up and I said I don't believe him it was working fine when I dropped it off. I have always bought and driven a Ford but this has really turned me against Ford. I will never purchase another car from Ford. I am also sending a letter to Ford Corporate Office. The really bad
thing is I really depend on my car to get to and from work and to take my parents to and from their doctor appointments my dad is at home on comfort care and I cant
even do that we have to pay someone to take them. I feel like I have lost all around. I'm tired of paying for things that don't get fixed or only work a couple of months. I had not contacted Ford because they hang up on me when I call I have sent emails to the Ford Motor Company in Michigan.
I'm pretty sure they will say they fixed the problem again and yet again it will cost an arm and leg and I am not made of money. I have not driven my car since the end of September. It occurred on: 24/09/2018 the whole front jumped and the car would not go forward. I want it fixed what we have already paid them for and to fix all the recalls. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
