Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] - Oil change

I took my daughter's Ford Focus in for an oil change in Knightdale, NC. They damaged the bolt for the oil pan, and proceeded to the oil change anyway, and the car began leaking oil. They told my daughter the oil change was free, but to take the car back to Take 5 oil change because they damage bolt. Take 5 provided me pictures and educated more on the oil change process. I took the car back to Valvoline in which they denied damaging the bolt. However, the only reason my daughter goes to Valvoline in Knightdale, is because she trusts her former high school classmate that works there. A few days later she took my Kia Sportage in for an oil change she ran into her former classmate, and he stated, "oh you have another car" My daughter stated, "no this is my mother's car". He then stated, "yeah, I heard about the other car it did do it."

Within 3 days my Kia Sportage also started leaking oil. I called the manager in Knightdale who stated he will come out and look at it. I also proceeded to file a complaint with customer service. The manager came out 4 hours later and realized that the Kia Sportage was leaking oil and advise me to bring to the store for a new oil change. My daughter brought the car back on Saturday 9/9 for a new oil change. Today I went into my garage and stepped into another puddle of oil. I contact customer service again about situation, and again I spoke to the same rep. Brian who took my complaint and stated someone will be contacting me. At this point no one has. I asked Brian can my daughter take the car to another Valvoline to ensure she has enough oil to make it to school, and he said I would not advise that until some calls you.

Brian also stated that your company stands behind the manager and they are not responsible for the damage done to the Ford Focus. Which I am totally distraught about it because the damage was clearly do there. Currently we are unable to drive the Ford focus until the either the bolt is removed without damaging the threads or the oil pan it changed which is about $250.

Desired outcome: New pan on the Ford Focus, and correct the 2 batched oil change.complaint numbers CS0649191CS0649199
