It took 45 minutes to an hour to get our food we got there around 4:30 set out at the bar about 4:45 our food got there to us around 5:30 to 5:45, when our food came salad came first and there were things missing on my salad and my husband's salad and the dressing was wrong on mine. As the woman came back with the things that go on our salad plus my dressing here comes our steak and baked potato. My husband and I ended up taking majority of our food home my potato was not all the way done.(when I question the waitress what the kitchen cook said she said the kitchen cook said he was so backed up and that was it and left it at that and that was after only being there 20 minutes waiting on our food.
Claimed loss: Only thing lost was an hour and a half we only spent about $40 and that's two steak meals small steak meals a 6-oz, and an 8 oz. Just to eat a 20 minute meal.
Desired outcome: Maybe a coupon I don't know I don't think I'll ever go back to battleground this happened again in July of this year also I also have proof and pictures of that too.

I feel like some of the employees should have some kind of training.I I think the cook you have that was working December the 9th should have help. If he is so swamped he can't keep up with the orders, maybe he needs better training, just my opinion. Otherwise the food is pretty good my potato was not completely done it was still hard .If you watch the video you will see I was unable to eat it.!

Yesterday which would be Aug 19 me and friend were here and the service and professionalism was terrible. Our waitress was excellent but that was the only thing good about our experience. We first wanted to be seated not in the back where it was dark but by the window or more lighted area. We were told that there was no servers in that area but people were sitting there and some people were actually leaving. We asked for a manager because our bread was over cooked and our dishes were not cleaned.The manager tried to smooth things over but we didn’t believe her. One example was the sitting where we wanted to sit was for big parties only when there was a lot of parties of 2 in that same section. Before and after we was seated. When we were moved we had to gather all our silverware drinks with no help from staff. Didn’t get our blooming onion until we got to the next table and it was cold. I sent it back and when brought back it was so hard and not fit to eat. Ask to speak to manager then another manager came and he brought another one. And they took it off the bill. But the whole atmosphere of having a good dinner was gone. I will never eat at this location again or any other restaurant that service don’t take responsibility of the actions of the restaurant. I feel we spent to much money and should have gotten our money worth. Again I tipped the waitress good because she was very courteous and professional, she didn’t deserve to pay for all the things that was not done in a professional and business manner.
