Chick-fil-A - Long wait for ordered food and harassment.

We placed an eat in order at the Chick-Fil-A on Albermarle Road in Charlotte, NC (Store number #00789). After placing the ordered, we had to wait for about 25 minutes for food to arrive. As we sat down to eat the food we ordered, we were told we need to finish eating in the next 5 minutes because they were closing the dining room. We stated that we just got our food and we would eat quickly and leave. Then about 5 minutes later another worker told us we needed to finish eating, that the store was closing. We again stated we are trying to complete our meal as quickly as possible. After a few more minutes, yet another worker came and told us to finish our meal, that we needed to leave. This worker, stated that the manager wanted us to leave the dining room. So, we quick finished our meal in 15 minutes and left the dining room at 9:12, exactly 15 minutes after we got our meal.

IF the employees where not playing and talking to non-employee friends, we could have gotten our food and finished eating in the 25 minutes it took to get our food. NO ONE should be treated like we were treated.

Desired outcome: improve Managerial training.
