Staples - Prints

Hello,

I went to a Staples near me to print a certificate. I was helped initially by an associate to choose a quality paper before printing. Unfortunately, I had to go and come back because I forgot to email my file to myself in order to sent it to Staples for printing. I specifically asked the associate working there if I can send the file online (Staples) and she told me no because I had to choose the right paper for printing. So I told her, I'll go and come back since my work office was only 5 minutes away from the Staples store. When I came back, it was busier than when I left. Only one guy was working in the printing section while the lady who I initially spoke with, and manager were talking. They were slow to wanting to help customers, leaving one person in the printing areas to help customers. I walked up to the same lady to tell her that I'm back and had my file ready for print. She said to get in the line where the guy who was already helping a customer was taking a while. The lady barely wanted to help customers while the store was busy. Eventually the manager came to the printing area asking if anyone is picking up printing orders. When he finished helping one guy, I told him what the associate told me about printing my certificate. He said I had to come back. I told him she told me to come to choose the paper I wanted to print on instead of sending the file online. Printing one certificate on a nice paper doesn't require 4-5hrs to print. He could have helped me but chose not to. Instead he said there were 9 orders in front of me. Lol. I did not even put my order yet. Staples please tell your manager to help the associates and not be lazy when customers are waiting around to get help. Just because someone is a manager doesn't mean they can get away with not helping customers. What he did was wrong. I will be going to a different store. One that wants to help their customers.

Desired outcome: Please confront manager about not wanting to help a black person.
