In correcting my order the manager George, was rude, condescending and a complete jerk. If that is how he treats customers, I can’t imagine the abuse he heaps onto his staff.

I have a disorder and I cannot eat tomatoes. It’s not a preference, it’s a medical condition. I ordered pizza with no tomatoes. It came out with sun dried tomatoes and, after the waitress apologized, I told her I would try to pick them off. (My waitress was amazing. ) I quickly realized that the tomatoes were on top of the pizza and buried under the cheese. I sent it back and the server cheerfully went to make the order right.

The manager made a show of delivering the corrected order to my table. He smirked and just stood at the table -looking from order to order. I stammered an apology and explained that I had a disorder and that eating the incorrect order would make me sick. “Well… we sure don’t want THAT do we?”

He was so snide and awful that I (embarrassingly) started to cry. Again, our wonderful waitress tried to help remedy the situation but I was embarrassed beyond belief.

George is a bully. Bullies don’t stop bullying until they are made stop.
