Around 1 o clock an employee of the store helped me with a dressing room. She seemed nice enough at first or maybe just professional because she had to be, like she was going off a script. But of course I then tried on my options and then put back the items that I no longer wanted and continued to shop. So of course I shop there often and I gather different items of clothing and try them on together to make sure it’s what I want to purchase. Also, you can only take in 6 items at a time. I also figure out eventually by the way she moved around the store while I was there, that she may actually be a manager of the store. So naturally I try not to bother her but even more naturally I need a dressing room at least three times to make sure I want to purchase all my items. I asked the manager first as I stated earlier in my statement and I asked the employee that was there with her the second time and she was very nice about it. And upon my third time I asked the manger again because it was only two items and she was the one whose hands were free at the time and I was almost done. I walked up to her and said “Last time” with a friendly smile on my face and she proceeded to grab or more like clutch my items in her hands and roll her eyes at the fact that I had asked her to do her job by asking for a dressing room Out of discomfort might I add because she seemed willing to help some customers but others seemed to be a bother. And I had six items but I was only trying on two. I had already decided on the others but there was no where for me to hold them but in my hands. So I had to say because she basically snatched them out my hand that I was only trying on two items out of my hand. And then she proceeded to help another customer while letting my dressing room door slam behind me. By that point I had felt a terrible energy and bad customer service by a manger at that, and I was ready to purchase my items and leave. I did and the employee who was there around that time checked out my items and was very nice and polite about it. And I left and went to Rainbow on Ellis Avenue and the customer service was great there. And I didn’t feel like I was being watched for being a customer.
Desired outcome: I would have liked a more Genuine environment a more genuine version of customer service.
