On the night of 8.21someone, a guest I believe put a rock to my auto windshield

requiring a full replacement. Which i haven't done yet because you have insurance and I am filing a claim. A few days later someone reached thru my window and stole the sun protectors which keep my dash from cracking.

Window was down about 3" because of heat. On 8.22 I reported this to your security people and he took a report and looked at the windshield. The manager wouldn't help me with a claim so I'm filing now.

I spent $2000 here and if you don't respond, writing truthful reviews about this hotel is the very least I will do. Do I have to contact the Atty. Gen. of the state of Missouri? You people should be ashamed of yourselves, you ignored my email!
