BioLife Plasma Services - The tallest male nurse shortest female nurse and the other receptionist

On top of being violent all three have and are happy to break the rules or bend them to fit their needs they are in abuse of power and give people the runaround where the rest of the staff doesn't. This was at west 32nd Street Joplin Missouri the date was Monday July 24th at 3:30 pm my appointment was at 4:00 I am a female. Reason for complaints abuse in power and giving people the runaround

Desired outcome: All three should be fired for abuse in power permanently

BioLife Plasma Services - staff/supervisor

05/14/2019

Hi. My name is Michael and I've been donating at Biolife in Joplin for about 2 months now. Today I went in and did the questionnaire, finger stick, temp check, etc. I got back to where I donate and sat down. A younger woman came over, stuck my left arm, and had obvious troubles with it (Mind you, my last donation, when they tried the left arm, it didn't work and they had to switch arms and they even called me Sunday (05/12/2019) to see if I was coming back in, after the complications with my previous donation). I asked the younger woman (Whos name I believe was Makenzie) to just unstick my left arm and go to my right arm like they did my last donation. She stated that she couldn't do that, that she needed to get a supervisor for that. I can understand and respect that. She goes and gets a female with dark hair that was wearing a nametag with "Angela" on it. Angela comes over, I told her that this happened last time and I don't know why they didn't just stick my right arm, to begin with. Angela tells me that I should have taken that initiative. She then says, let's see if we can save the stick, at least. Angela begins moving the needle around in my arm, and it hurts. Under my breath, as I stiffen all over from the pain, I mumbled "Jesus Christ". Angela gets indignant and say's "Watch your language or I'll defer you." I said, "It hurts, and what language?" She then replied, "Don't take the Lord's name in vain." I'm not a Christian. I don't believe in that stuff. I understand she might, but it's inappropriate to, in the middle of a donation, start forcing religious beliefs down a *DONATORS* throat. I told her not to force her religious beliefs onto me and she retorted that she wasn't. Her statement "Don't take the Lord's name in vain." contradicts that. She then got lippy with me and I then had to tell her 4 times to unstick me, I'm leaving. FOUR TIMES. Angela violated: RSMo 565.090. Harassment, first degree, penalty. — 1. A person commits the offense of harassment in the first degree if he or she, without good cause, engages in any act with the purpose to cause emotional distress to another person, and such act does cause such person to suffer emotional distress.
I felt as if I couldn't leave, and I also felt that Angela, in retaliation of me saying "Jesus Christ" was going to hurt me more while hiding behind the term "Saving the stick".
She also violated my First Amendment right, given that BioLife is not a religious organization, thus, I don't have to abide by abnormal language rules (Like saying, Jesus Christ).

I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble, or fired, but I will say that should anything like this happen again, I will sue BioLife Plasma Services and the employee that violates my rights.
