Chick-fil-A - Poor customer service/wrong order

On 8/22/23, at 10:20, I arrived in line at Chick-Fil-A. The line was so super slow so by the time the young lady got to me it was 10:29am. She informed me that it was lunch time now and I could not order breakfast. She stated they were on a time schedule and I could order breakfast. So, I ask her that she could not honor the fact that I was already in line before 10:30am and she hesitantly took my order. Once she put the order in, a black employee flew out of Chick-fil-A and started berating the employee in front of me as the customer and other customers in line telling her she should not have taken my order after 10:29am whether I was in line or not. He berated her and the other young man working the drive thru with her, she told him what happened after he listened to the other guy berate her. It was so unprofessional. I was so dismayed I could barely catch my breath. I rolled my window down and told the berater that she did tell me I could not order and as a customer who was in line well before 10:30am it was my right to have breakfast. I have never seen anything so professional in my life. I go to that chick-fil-a at least 3 times a week spending $30-$35 each time. I will not be going back. So when I got to the window, I ask for management number and was given the number back to the store. I am a business professional. The employees obviously need training not only on customer service, but they need training to know and I repeat "anytime its getting closer to 10:30am, and the there are still customers in line, look at each line and notate who was in line before 10:30am, and honor their request if they would like breakfast". DO NOT penalize the customer who were in line before the 10:30 breakfast cut off because the line and the employee was moving very slow. And certainly do not have a employee come out and berate another employee infront of customers. Then my sandwich I order was not correct. My order was wrong, so upset. It ruined my day!
