LabCorp - Severe technology issues

I scheduled an appt. online last night and received confirmation. I went to LabCorp and they didn't have my confirmation. I attempted to sign in using the kiosk; it didn't work properly. I then discovered LabCorp didn't have my orders from the doctor. I sat in the physician's office and watched him send the orders during my last visit. When his nurse discharged me, I asked her to verify that he successfully sent orders 10 minutes earlier. She verified they were sent to LabCorp. I requested this verification because of the wasted trips I made to LabCorp in the past because they never have the lab work requests. Needing the orders, I called my doctor to request they fax the orders to LabCorp; as I waited, 5 people came to the facility for lab work. One couldn't sign in because the kiosk wouldn't allow her to finish the process; she was angry and left. The second brought in her child and successfully had his blood work completed. The third signed in and was then told LabCorp didn't have her orders. Her doctor doesn't have office hours on Fridays, so she was unable to contact him to request order be faxed like I was able to do. She was angry; she told the worker she verified with the doctor's office twice to verify orders had been sent. She said she verified because LabCorp never has her orders. Since she was unable to have her labs, she is unable to keep her appt. next Monday to discuss the results. She left; she was very angry. The next person arrived, an elderly woman who didn't understand how to use the kiosk, so I offered to help her. The kiosk malfunctioned twice and reset to the first screen, so she had to start over twice. The information was being submitted quickly, so it did not time out. After signing in, she was called for her blood work and was asked for her orders. She said the psychiatrist sent her orders last week, but her orders were not received. She explained that she started new mental health prescriptions and the psychiatrist needed blood work to verify the new drugs weren't causing problems for her medically. She was very upset and tried calling her psychiatrist; she was told he was not in the office and his partner would not be able to request orders for her. She said she lives an hour away and was upset about the entire situation. By this time, I had waited 90 minutes. I have a doctor appt. Tuesday, so I need the results sent to him before Tuesday. I called the doctor's office again and expressed my frustration. The nurse expressed her frustration, too, as she explained they have serious, ongoing problems with LabCorp not receiving orders they send for the patients. Let's review:

2 out of 5 people successfully had blood work.
1 out of 5 people had a good experience with LabCorp.
2 - 3 people out of 5 people have to reschedule doctor appts.
4 out of 5 people were very angry about their experience at LabCorp.
4 out of 5 people had problems because of LabCorp's substandard technology.

I asked for a corporate phone number to inform the company of the horrible experiences numerous people experienced. I spoke to a so-called customer service rep in Columbus. She said that if the employees would call and request help with technology, the problems would be fixed immediately. That is not true, and I'm assuming you are aware of the reality of the situation, also. The rep stated there is no place to call and express my concerns. The lab is completely dysfunctional and has become worse over time regarding the technology. The workers are friendly and competent; it's unfortunate they are not provided adequate tools to do their jobs.

Unless improvements are made in the near future, I will request orders be sent to Quest. I'm sure many people in our community have done, and will do the same.

Desired outcome: Technology Improvements
