I ordered a #9 with cheese and no pickles for all 20 sliders with onion only on 10 sliders with 2 fries and 2 chicken rings and 2 medium drinks. I received 10 correct sliders and 10 sliders made wrong with no cheese and extra onions and the 2 fries that were hard/burnt and 2 onion rings. I was charged $37.54 and the meal was only supposed to be $23.00, I was charged for extra fries and 2 extra chicken rings. When I asked about it they said it was right. It was a horrible experience and no help or understanding from the staff or manger at all.
Desired outcome: Horrible experience
White Castle - Disgusting Practices
Today July 17, 2022 at approximately 2:30 pm today I was picking up an order, and the gal prepping sandwiches was using her teeth to open ketchup packets, then putting ketchup on the sandwiches! Good lord! This is unacceptable!
White Castle - cheeseburger
Ordered nearly twenty dollars in food at drive thru tonight. Got home and as we started eating, I saw what appeared to be legs of a bug on the end of one of the burgers. Thought it was a spider at first but I don't think it was. I have no clue what it was but it was clearly in the food, not just something that fell in the bag or something. I have included pictures. We threw all the food away. Disgusting.
