My couch is completely damaged after five months of purchase. I do have five years warranty plan on it. I have been calling customer service back to back and haven't been able to talk to any of them. I'm sending in complaint because I ready need a refund for my chair. it will be great when you guys get back to me as soon as possible, email is [protected]@yahoo.com
