Bath & Body Works Direct - Products said delivered but they were not!

On 12/29/2022 I ordered 4 shower gels and 4 soaps to be delivered to 1034 East Street
On 12/29/2022 I, Karen Laverriere ordered 8 products for Michelle Laverriere order # [protected] to be delivered to 1034 East Street Walpole Ma 02081. Shows delivered on 1/4/2022. But she never received package. Same for Kristen Laverriere same day same address. They are twins and live together. My daughters were very disappointed when I told them I got them a NY gift and there was nothing there! Card read Happy New Year Love, Mom.
